Executive Director, Heather Warden, M.S.
Heather began working as the Child Therapist in the summer, 2005. She holds a Master's Degree in counseling and psychology from Troy State University and has completed several courses toward her PhD. Prior to employment here at Junior's House, Inc., Heather worked with children and families with behavioral and child abuse-related issue. You can contact Heather at heather@juniorshousecac.org.


Development Director, Carol C. Foster
Carol is a member and past- president of the Fayetteville Rotary Club and currently Rotary District 6780 Secretary. Carol was president of the Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln County Health System Foundation. She is an alumnus of Leadership Lincoln and Leadership Marshall. She is an Elder of the First Presbyterian Church and was involved with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for several years being the Community Coordinator for all Girl Scout troops in Lincoln County. Carol was previously the Branch Manager of the BBB of Middle, Tennessee serving nine counties. You can contact Carol at carol@juniorshousecac.org.


Family Advocate, Jennifer Taylor
Jennifer is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in Psychology/Education/Religion. She has experience with Family Support Services of the Department of Children's Services and Social Counselor with the Department of Health. Jennifer was hired August 2005 as our Family Advocate and is a Foster Parent. You can contact Jennifer at jennifert@juniorshousecac.org.


Child Therapist, Hayley A. Evans
Hayley received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alabama A & M University. Her experience includes individual therapy with children and adults, group therapy, and psychoeducational workshops. She is currently providing therapy services in the Fayetteville and Lewisburg offices of Junior's House


Child Therapist, Carol Anne Brown
Carol Anne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. As a social worker for Hospice of Huntsville, she founded and directed their children’s grief center, The Caring House. She was a therapist for Family Services Center and Madison County Metal Health Center, and co-founded HEALS, school-based health clinics for Madison County, AL. Carol Anne has taught several courses for Oakwood College, and was officially invited to the Republic of Georgia to teach and work with refugee children. She is happy now to be living and working in her community of Fayetteville.


Forensic Interviewer, Edna Jenkins
Edna begain working as the Forensic Interviewer in November, 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with concentration in Social Sciences from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. where she is a native of Tacoma, WA. Edna is an original board member of Junior’s House CAC, and is currently on active status of the advisory board. Edna holds several board positions throughout Lincoln County involving children and families. Prior employment was with Centerstone Community Mental Health here in Fayetteville as Children & Youth Case Manager. You can contact Edna at edna@juniorshousecac.org


Prevention Coordinator, Pierrine Thomas
Pierrine is a graduate of Wofford College with a degree in Business/Economics. Pierrine was hired here in October of 2006 as our Prevention Coordinator. She travels throughout the 17th Judicial District (Lincoln, Bedford, Marshall, and Moore Counties) teaching our Body Safety Program to children K – 6th grade. In the 2006-2007 school year Pierrine provided prevention programming to

Office Manager, Dana Mires
Dana is a Graduate of Athens State University with her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Dana has been employed at Junior's House since May of 2007. Since being employed she finds her job to be more than just a job it is a passion for helping people in need. You can contact Dana at dana@juniorshousecac.org.


Prevention Coordinator, Andrea Miles
Andrea is a graduate of Athens State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Andrea was hired in August of 2008 as Prevention Coordinator. She travels throughout the 17th Judicial District (Lincoln, Bedford, Marshall, and Moore Counties) teaching our Body Safety Program to children K – 6th grade. Her goal for the 2008-2009 school year is to provide prevention programming to approximately 7,000+ students and also provide Impact classes for girls 9 – 13 years old.
