Development Director, Carol C. Foster
Carol is a member and past- president of the Fayetteville Rotary Club and currently Rotary District 6780 Secretary. Carol was president of the Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln County Health System Foundation. She is an alumnus of Leadership Lincoln and Leadership Marshall. She is an Elder of the First Presbyterian Church and was involved with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for several years being the Community Coordinator for all Girl Scout troops in Lincoln County. Children's Counselor, Crystal Guess, M.S.P.
Crystal began her career in child welfare in 2000. She has extensive experience working with children who have experienced multiple types of abuse and whom have behavioral issues. She graduated from Cumberland University with a Master's Degree in Public Service Management and an undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in Sociology. She is currently continuing her education in Psychology. She has been employed at Junior's House since January 2010.

Forensic Interviewer, Edna Jenkins
Edna begain working as the Forensic Interviewer in November, 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with concentration in Social Sciences from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. where she is a native of Tacoma, WA. Edna is an original board member of Junior’s House CAC, and is currently on active status of the advisory board. Edna holds several board positions throughout Lincoln County involving children and families. Prior employment was with Centerstone Community Mental Health here in Fayetteville as Children & Youth Case Manager. You can contact Edna at edna@juniorshousecac.org

Office Manager, Dana Mires
Dana is a Graduate of Athens State University with her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Dana has been employed at Junior's House since May of 2007. Amy Nix
Amy is a graduate from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.  She began working as the Family Advocate here in July of 2009.  Prior to this she has worked with Department of Children’s Services and with a private therapeutic foster care agency as a Family Treatment Coordinator.   She has also had experience working as an in-home family counselor.  She lives in Fayetteville, Tennessee with her husband, Jason, and they are the parents of twins
