The 2026 Bedford Leadership Class brought the community together in an incredible way to raise awareness and support for children served by Junior's House in Bedford County. Through the “Bedford County Cares – A Walk for Junior’s House” event, leadership students and community partners worked to shine a light on child abuse prevention, advocacy, and healing services for local children and families.
Thanks to the overwhelming support of participants, sponsors, schools, and community members, the event had a fantastic turnout and demonstrated the power of a community coming together for a meaningful cause. The project not only helped raise vital funds for Junior’s House but also increased awareness about the important services provided to children and families across Bedford County.
